I’d like to know the working conditions for ComFor-Tech process(One-Side DWR and Wicking)The following conditions must be observed for bulk production. For sampling, please review these guidelines carefully, especially if you plan to conduct performance testing.
1. Silicone softeners must not be used. If unavoidable, use the minimum possible amount.
2. Minimize softener use whenever possible. Avoid moisture-absorbent softeners, which may cause colorfastness issues.
3. White or light colors may yellow slightly after water-repellent finishing. Always confirm with the buyer before proceeding.
4. Deliver fabrics after dyeing without applying absorbent softeners, as factory agents may chemically conflict with ours.
5. Please ensure dyed fabric width does not exceed 64 inches — we cannot process wider rolls.
6. For fabrics with curling selvedges, apply edge resin treatment before delivery otherwise, processing is impossible.
7. Perform shrinkage testing based on buyer standards to prevent post-production issues. To enhance product stability, other companies add a continuous tumble process as the final step for 100% cotton or CVC fabrics, which helps improve shrinkage performance.
