Digital Textile Printing (DTP)
This refers to an efficient printing method that enables the production of small quantities of various types by dramatically shortening the difficult and complicated existing printing process by processing the entire process from design to printing by computer.
Strong Point to the Printing Method
Direct injection method
Print the pre-treatment fabric directly to the machine.
- Advantage : no restrictions on applied fabric.
- Disadvantage : Pre-treatment (dyeing, stability improvement) and After-treatment (heating, washing, and tenter processing) are required.

Pre-treatment for digital printing according to acid reactive ink type on the fabric (B/O, B/W)
Printing

Print by directly supplying fabric to the printing machine
※ There is NO fabric restrictions but pre/after treatment required

Print design (picture) on paper and transfer it to fabric using high temperature (press)
※ There is only heat-resistant fabric can be limited to use but simplification of process, and no pretreatment required.
Steam03
Worked to ensure that the ink fixes to the fabric after the acid is about 30 ~ 40 minutes and the reactivity is 10 ~ 15 minutes in the saturated steam state of 101 ~ 102 degrees.
Wash04
Wash un-fixed ink in fabrics.
Acidity is washed between 55 and 60 degrees with anti-redeposition agent + detergent. Reactivity is 95 degrees
After treatment

Tumbler : Steam dryer, which stretches the fabric and creates a soft touch

uniformly apply liquid from very small amount
10g/sqm up to 170g / sqm (10g~170g/sqm), so
it is possible to process one side fabric finishing,
regardless of the weight or kind of fabric. (from
