I would like to know the working conditions for ComFor-Tech process(One-Side DWR and Wicking)
If you want to process One-Side DWR and absorbency from SamWoo DTP, you should review below 7 conditions especially in case of bulk order. When sampling, If possible, please review the following conditions and prepare samples as well
If you are going to test performance with sample work, please be sure to follow.
1. Please never use silicone softener (If silicone softener is inevitable, the minimum amount should be used.)
2. Please minimize softener if QUALITY is not a major problem (Especially, please do not use hygroscopic softeners. The fastness problems occasionally occur due to collision of hygroscopic softeners with our chemicals)
3. In the case of WHITE or LIGHT colors, the color would become yellowish little after DWR process (the color of the chemical is little bit yellow). (The work should be required after buyer’s confirmation)
4. Only dye and wear without absorbent softener. Dyeing plant absorbent and our absorbent may not fit well.
5. Please don’t supply fabrics which can be exceeded 64”(width). We cannot work these fabrics.
6. In case of the selvages of fabric is curled much, Please process a resin treatment to the salvages before supplying the fabric in us, Otherwise, it’s impossible to work due to the curled up salvage.
7. The shrinkage or elongation may be a problem depending on the buyer's criteria. So we advise you to take a dimension change test, So we advise you to have a tumble process if the fabric is 100% cotton or CVC as the final process. (Improvement of shrinkage rate)
