Comfor-Tech One side finishing (processing) of Samwoo DTP is a special gravure system using a special device that use a non-viscous fabric processing agent such as, water and a take-up roll that freely adjusts the liquid application amount.

High Functional One Side DWR Finishing of SamWoo DTP It is a special gravure method using machine and take-up rolls of water-like nonviscous liquid (processing agent) and uniform surface treatment of only one side of the fabric in micro thin layer. The main characteristics are as follows. Noending, No-Listing, No-migration, Concentration control, Good Reproducibility.

In addition, not only we can treat the process on the one side or both sides of the fabric, but we can treat hybrid processing of two sides utilizing one-side processing technology are Water repellent (front) / Hygroscopic (back), Water repellent (front) / Antibacterial deodorant (back), antifouling (front) / moisture absorption (back), Cold or light heat front (front) / moisture absorption (back) etc. This is the most sophisticated technology This is a very sophisticated textile processing technology that was unprecedented domestically and internationally.

The main problem of Functional processing by post-treatment is washing durability. In the case of water-repellent processing, its effect is clearly visible, so excellent washing durability is a very important part.

SamWoo DTP’s processing technology of eco-friendly non-fluorine-based water repellent agent can replace a harmfulness from the fluorine-based water repellent agent. It is possible for Samwoo DTP technique to uniformly apply liquid from very small amount 10g/sqm up to 170g / sqm (10g~170g/sqm) , so it is possible to process one side fabric finishing, regardless of the weight or kind of fabric. (from thin to thick fabric).
